Looks great empty. Put my laptop, charger and water bottle in and the thin handles dug into my shoulder within ten minutes. Also the black suede left a bit of dust on my cream coat the first day. For the money I expected it to carry weight better.
Thank you for telling us straight, Anjali. The handles on the Perugia are slim and round, so a laptop plus a full bottle is about the limit before they start to press. Some loose fibre on new dark suede is normal and settles after a few wears, and a quick once-over with a suede brush speeds that up. If it's still not right for you, write to us and we'll make it right.

took nearly 3 weeks to arrive which felt long. olive is darker than the photo on my phone, more army green. i like it but heads up

Got caught in light rain on day two and now theres a darker patch on the front that wont brush out. I know its suede but nothing on the page warned me. The shape and colour are nice, I'm just annoyed.
