Our Promise We want you to feel the warmth, not the worry. If you are not completely delighted with your Wildfool piece, we are here to ensure you are taken care of.
Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all Wildfool tags attached.

01. Quality Issues If the item is defective or incorrect, we sincerely apologize. Please send us a photo of the issue. We will cover all shipping costs and provide a full replacement or refund immediately.
02. Change of Mind If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., sizing or style), we are happy to process a refund. However, please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our central warehouse in Shenzhen, China.
Concierge Tip: International shipping to China can be complex and costly. Please contact us before shipping anything back. We often have alternative solutions—such as a partial refund or a special discount on a different size—that might save you the hassle of a return while ensuring you end up with a piece you love.
