Returns. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right and cover return shipping. If you simply change your mind, we'll gladly issue a refund once the item is returned to us — in this case return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Care
Air it out between wears — wool self-cleans better than most people realize. When it's time for a wash, hand wash cold with a wool-specific detergent. Lay flat on a clean towel to dry. Never hang it — gravity stretches knit fabric in ways you can't undo. Never tumble dry — heat shrinks wool and hardens cashmere. Store folded with a piece of cedar nearby to keep moths uninterested.
