Returns. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right and cover return shipping. If you simply change your mind, we'll gladly issue a refund once the item is returned to us — in this case return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Care
Dry clean recommended. For spot cleaning, use cool water and a mild wool detergent — press gently, don't wring. Lay flat to dry away from direct heat. Light shedding in the first few uses is normal for natural wool and will settle with time. Store folded in a breathable fabric bag during warmer months.
