Care
Cashmere is a self-cleaning fiber — most of the time, all it needs is a night draped over a chair near an open window. When it does need washing, use cold water and a pH-neutral wool detergent, and work gently by hand. Never put it in a machine. After washing, lay it flat on a dry towel and reshape it while damp — hanging will stretch the cable pattern out of form. If pilling appears after the first few wears, a cashmere comb will clear it in minutes, and the surface will only get smoother with time.
