Shipping. We take 3–5 days to craft and prepare yours with care, then it ships worldwide (free over $75) and arrives in about 2 weeks. You'll receive a tracking link the moment it's on its way. Weekend and peak-season orders may take a little longer.

Returns. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right and cover return shipping. If you simply change your mind, we'll gladly issue a refund once the item is returned to us — in this case return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Care
Hand wash in cold water only — cashmere doesn't need heat to come clean. Lay flat on a towel immediately after washing; never hang, or it will stretch and lose its shape. Pilling is natural with real cashmere — it's the shorter fibers working their way out. A cashmere comb, used gently, keeps the surface smooth. Store folded in a breathable cotton bag with a piece of cedar to keep moths away.
