Its a nice looking bag but theres no closure at all, everything is just sitting there in the open. I use the little zip pouch for my wallet but the rest is on show. Ivory also picked up a grey mark on the base in the first week. Expected a bit more for what I paid.
Thanks for the straight feedback, Colleen. The Vicenza is an open tote by design, with the zip pouch as the only closed spot, and we'll state that more clearly near the top of the page. For the mark on the ivory, a soft damp cloth usually lifts it, and if it doesn't, email us and we'll help.

its a bit floppy when empty and I thought it would be lighter in colour from the photos, sand is more of a tan. still use it most days

The blue is a greyish blue, easy to wear. Big enough for a day out with a toddler's stuff in it.

It's fine. The woven part feels a bit plasticky to me in places and it creases where it folds. Looks good from a distance, up close less so. Its going to be my gym tote I think, not my nice bag.
