The little loop that holds the two handles together slides around more than I thought it would, I just push it back up. Inside is a light tan lining so you can actually see your stuff. Its heavier than my other bags, taking a star off for that.

My third black bag this year and the one I actually reach for. The inside is light coloured so I can find my keys.

It looks good, I'll give it that. But its heavy before you put anything in it, and with a laptop and water bottle my shoulder was done by lunch. Also took nearly three weeks to get here. For the money I expected to love it and I just kind of like it.

Really slouchy. If you want a bag that stands up on its own this isnt it, it puddles the second you put it down. I like that but my sister thought it looked empty.

Came from China so it took a while, about 16 days for me. No complaints about the bag, caramel is lovely and its very soft. Just know its not light.

not great. the bag itself is fine but mine came folded flat and the crease across the front still hasnt dropped out after a week. also theres no zip or anything on top so it just gapes open. kind of regret it tbh
Sorry about the crease, Kayla. Stuffing the bag with a towel for a few days often helps a fold relax, and if it has not eased by then, send us a photo and we will make it right. You are correct that the top has no zip, the zipped sections are inside.
