It reaches the shoulderThe handles are long enough to clear a coat sleeve.

Care
Brush the nap in one direction with a soft suede brush when it looks flat. Keep it out of heavy rain. If it gets wet, blot, dry it away from heat, then brush. A suede eraser lifts small dry marks. No conditioner, oil or wet wipes. Dark shades can transfer onto pale fabric when new, so give a cream coat some distance at first. Store it stuffed, zipped, out of direct sun.

Its fine. The suede marks really easily, I got caught in light rain once and there are spots that havent come out. Also smaller inside than it looks, my laptop doesnt go in. Its sitting in my wardrobe for now.

Thank you for the honest review, Colette. Suede does show water, and a suede brush once the bag is fully dry usually lifts most rain spots.
