Returns. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right and cover return shipping. If you simply change your mind, we'll gladly issue a refund once the item is returned to us — in this case return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Hand wash cold. Lay flat to dry. Keep away from heat — the cashmere content is sensitive to agitation and high temperatures. Fold for storage; it takes up almost no space. Note: this piece is shorter than a standard scarf by design. If you're looking for something to drape or display, that's a different piece. This one is for the gap under your collar.
