Returns. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right and cover return shipping. If you simply change your mind, we'll gladly issue a refund once the item is returned to us — in this case return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Spot clean or dry clean. Wool is naturally resistant to odor and staining — it needs washing far less often than you think. Air it out on a dry day, fold it loosely, and store it away from direct sunlight. No fabric softener, no bleach. The texture is the point.
