Shipping. We take 3–5 days to craft and prepare yours with care, then it ships worldwide (free over $75) and arrives in about 2 weeks. You'll receive a tracking link the moment it's on its way. Weekend and peak-season orders may take a little longer.

Returns. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right and cover return shipping. If you simply change your mind, we'll gladly issue a refund once the item is returned to us — in this case return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Care

Hand wash in cold water only. After washing, lay flat on a clean towel and gently reshape while the wool is still damp. Never hang to dry — the weight of wet wool will stretch the knit and pull it out of shape. Store folded, not stuffed.
