took nearly 3 weeks to arrive which felt like forever. bag is really nice tho, soft and not too big

I wanted this for work and my laptop doesnt fit, it sticks out the top. Tablet is fine. The grey is nice and the suede feels good but the dangly cords on the sides keep catching on my coat buttons and honestly they annoy me. Bit disappointed for what I paid.
Thank you for telling us, Imogen. You are right that the Arezzo takes a tablet but not a full size laptop, and we will make that plainer on the product page. The side cords can be knotted short or looped around the handles if they keep catching. If the size simply does not work for you, reply to your order email and we will go through your options.

Black suede picks up lint and I'm forever brushing it. Other than that its a good bag, sits on my shoulder without slipping.

Olive is a muted army green, goes nicely with denim. The little zip pouch tied to it holds my cards and lip balm so I dont need a wallet.

Softer and floppier than I expected, it folds in on itself when its not full. Looks good on though. Gold bits are subtle, not shiny yellow.
