Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition — essentially the way they arrived.
Defective or Incorrect Item
If your piece arrived damaged or wasn't what you ordered, we cover everything. Send us a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no return shipping cost to you.
Change of Mind
If you'd like to return due to personal preference — sizing, style, or simply changed your mind — we're happy to process a refund. In that case, the journey back to us is yours to arrange.
One thing we ask: reach out before you ship anything back. International return shipping can be expensive, and we'd rather find a solution that actually works — a different size, a partial credit, whatever makes sense. We're flexible. Just talk to us first.
How to Start a Return
Email Care@wildfool.life with your order number and a brief description of what you'd like to do. We respond within 24–48 hours with clear next steps, including the return address and any instructions specific to your item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, in their original packaging. Proof of purchase required.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact Care@wildfool.life.
