I thought this would be one of those gift items that looks cute for a week and then disappears in a drawer. I was wrong. It has enough bite for my shoulder length hair after I curl it, and it is light enough that I forget it is there. The shape is playful without feeling like a kid clip, which was my worry. Honestly, my sister borrowed it for brunch and now wants the same one, so that says plenty too.
