About this item

Paisley on brick red, blossoms on deep green. One face is a lattice of paisley medallions inside a striped border. The other is rows of large pale flowers with dark leaves.
70% wool, 30% silk. The blend printed on the sewn-in label. About 45 g in all, so a knot stays small and the wool still takes the chill off.
The hem is rolled by hand.A beige rolled edge runs all four sides. Hand finishing means the size can vary by a touch.
Fold it to a triangle and tie it once.Knot it at the throat, loop it through a bag handle, or tie it back over your hair.

Two scarves in one

The green reverse is just as gorgeous as the red side. Flip it and it pairs with a different half of my wardrobe. Feels like two scarves for one price 🤎

Warm without being bulky

Wore it as a neck wrap on a cool morning at a cafe and it held the warmth without the bulk of wool. The silk wool blend has a nice drape.

pretty in the hair, a bit slippy

lovely tied around a ponytail. honest note, the silk side is a touch slippery so i double knot it or it works loose over a few hours. beautiful print tho and the wool side grips better

Great as a headband too

Didn't expect to wear it in my hair but folded as a headband the width is perfect. Stays put and the pattern reads beautifully.

Print is sharper in person

The paisley detail is finer than the photos and the silk wool has real weight, not a flimsy thin scarf. The brick red is rich, more rust than bright.

Holds a knot

The wool content makes a difference. My silk scarves all slip off no matter how I tie them. This one stays where I put it. The fabric has a little grip to it.

Got compliments at brunch

Tied it loose over a black sweater and got two compliments before my coffee arrived. The colors are warm and rich without being too 'fall'.

Surprised by how heavy it is

When I unboxed it the weight surprised me — not heavy heavy, just substantial in a good way. Most scarves I own feel like tissue. This one drapes properly. The green floral side has gorgeous depth, the gold accents on the peonies catch the light a bit.

Worth the price

I was hesitant because the wool blend bumps the cost up, but it really does feel different from the all-silk ones. Holds a knot, doesn't slip off my coat collar. The brick-red side reads almost like vintage tapestry. Wore both sides this season.

Two distinct looks, one scarf

Honestly was not sure I'd use the green side. I was wrong. Wore the red side to a holiday party and the green side to brunch the next day. Two different outfits, one scarf. Print quality is sharp on both sides.

Stunning print

Bought as a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law and she texted me a picture of her wearing it the next day. The detail in the paisley is wild up close. Pattern is dense but somehow not busy.

Pretty

Love this scarf. Wore it to work yesterday.

Pretty but pattern is busier than I expected

The scarf itself is well made and the wool blend feels nice. I think I underestimated how dense the pattern is in person. Once it's tied around the neck the medallion doesn't really 'show' — you mostly see the textured paisley. Still wearable, just not what I had in my head.

Useful feedback — we're going to add a few 'tied on a person' photos so the visible pattern fraction is easier to judge before buying.

Beautiful but warm

The wool blend is gorgeous but I live somewhere mild and I've already retired it for the season by mid-March. If you're in a true winter climate this is perfect. If you're in California it's a 4-month scarf at best.

Honest read on the climate fit. The silk-wool is built for cold-weather wear; we're working on a lighter silk-twill series for warmer climates.

Pattern is gorgeous

The level of detail in the print is wild. I keep noticing new things in the paisley.

Wish it was a touch bigger

Print is beautiful and the reversible feature is great. I just keep wanting one a little bigger so I could use it as a shoulder wrap on top of being a scarf. At 65cm it's a neck piece for me.

Totally fair — 65cm is a neck size. We have a larger 88cm series coming if you want shawl-able.

didnt know I needed a reversible scarf until this. love both sides equally

Good for layering

Works with a camel coat. Works with a black blazer. Hasn't pilled or shed. The print is the kind you keep noticing new details on.

great quality for $39. the pattern is intricate

Slightly less vivid than the photo

The red on my screen looked a touch more saturated than what arrived. In person it's a bit warmer, more brick than fire engine. I like it better in real life actually, but worth knowing.

Good color note. We're going to add a more natural-light photo of the red side to the listing.

pattern is intricate

the persian side has tiny detailing you dont notice in photos, like little geometric flowers. I flip it to the green chinese side for evening. two scarves for one

east meets east

love the concept of persian on one side and chinese on the other. the brick red side is my daily and I flip to the green side for evenings

Soft, not slippery

The wool keeps it from being one of those scarves that slides around all day. Soft against the skin too, no scratch.

Great for winter

Warm enough to do real work on a chilly morning, not so warm it's only useful three months a year.

Christmas gift hit

Bought as a holiday gift for my mom. She doesn't usually wear bold prints but the medallion pattern apparently 'reminds her of grandma's living room rug' which is a compliment in our family. She wears it weekly now.
