I love the print and the silk-wool drape but I'll be honest, on me the carriage repeat reads pretty masculine — I expected it to feel more unisex. My husband ended up borrowing it more than I wore it. Maybe I'm the wrong target audience.
Honest read — the carriage motif does lean traditionally masculine. Our floral and abstract designs are the softer alternative if that's the vibe you wanted.

i pictured something i could wrap around like a blanket scarf. this is more of a generous square that drapes over shoulders. beautiful, just not the coverage i wanted. size listing says 85cm, so its my fault for not measuring before buying
85cm is on the compact side of shawl (traditional shawls are 110-140cm+). We went compact because full-size shawls feel costumey for daily wear. For wrap-as-blanket coverage, the Nomad Lambswool Blanket-Wrap (WRAP009) is 130cm+.

I'm sensitive to wool against bare skin and the wool content here is enough to feel a slight prickle on my neck. Layered over a turtleneck it's fine, but if you're wool-sensitive be aware.
Good flag — silk-wool can scratch sensitive skin. We should add a 'wool content' note for sensitive-skin buyers.

The terracotta reverse side is gorgeous but the print on that side is muted compared to the black-front side. I'd assumed the colors would match in intensity. They don't — the back is meant to be subtler. Not a flaw, just an expectation reset.
Honest read — the reverse is intentionally muted to feel like a different scarf. We're making this clearer in the listing description.
