Shipping. We take 3–5 days to craft and prepare yours with care, then it ships worldwide (free over $75) and arrives in about 2 weeks. You'll receive a tracking link the moment it's on its way. Weekend and peak-season orders may take a little longer.

Returns. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right and cover return shipping. If you simply change your mind, we'll gladly issue a refund once the item is returned to us — in this case return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Care

Vegetable-tanned leather is uncoated, so it develops its own patina and small marks with use — that's the character of the material, not a flaw, and different parts of the hide take color slightly differently. Keep it away from prolonged water and heavy sun; it can lighten a little at first and may transfer faint color onto very light clothing early on. Handle it and it deepens and softens over time.
