Theres a separate little zip pouch hanging inside for cards and keys. Cotton lining, neat seams. Quality where it counts. The pouch clips out when I switch bags, more than my leather totes ever offered

my jacket cuff velcro grabbed the nap once, left a tiny rough patch. brushed it mostly back. its a fabric bag, treat it like one.
