Shipping. We take 3–5 days to craft and prepare yours with care, then it ships worldwide (free over $75) and arrives in about 2 weeks. You'll receive a tracking link the moment it's on its way. Weekend and peak-season orders may take a little longer.

Returns. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right and cover return shipping. If you simply change your mind, we'll gladly issue a refund once the item is returned to us — in this case return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Care

Linen docker caps are low-ceremony. Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent if needed — most of the time a spot clean is enough. Don't iron it flat. The wrinkles are the point. If you want to freshen the shape, dampen it lightly and wear it for ten minutes — your head is the best mold. Air dry away from direct sun to prevent uneven fading. The black will soften toward charcoal over time. The khaki will lighten. The white will stay off-white. None of this is damage. Store it anywhere you'd store a pair of socks. This hat doesn't need special treatment.
