Returns. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right and cover return shipping. If you simply change your mind, we'll gladly issue a refund once the item is returned to us — in this case return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Care
Hand wash cold, lay flat to dry. Do not wring — press water out gently with a towel. A little fiber shedding in the first few wears is completely normal for brushed alpaca; it's the nature of the texture, not a flaw. Think of it as the hat settling in. After a few wears, it calms down and the surface becomes even softer. Store folded, not hung — gravity is not a beanie's friend.
