Returns. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right and cover return shipping. Care

Spot clean only with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not submerge in water — linen will shrink and the internal wire may rust over time. If the hat gets crushed in transit, a gentle pass of steam will relax the fabric back into shape. Store folded flat or hanging from a hook. Avoid prolonged direct sun exposure when not being worn, as linen will naturally lighten.
