If the brim gets wet, set the hat upside down on a towel and let it dry at room temperature — never near a heater or in direct afternoon sun. The shell accent is attached by thread; avoid pulling or catching it on bag straps. If the brim loses its curve, dampen it lightly with a mist spray, reshape by hand, and let it air dry. Store on a hat hook or crown-down on a flat shelf. Don't stack anything on top. Raffia relaxes into the shape you give it. Give it a good one.
