Shipping. We take 3–5 days to craft and prepare yours with care, then it ships worldwide (free over $75) and arrives in about 2 weeks. You'll receive a tracking link the moment it's on its way. Weekend and peak-season orders may take a little longer.

Returns. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right and cover return shipping. If you simply change your mind, we'll gladly issue a refund once the item is returned to us — in this case return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Care

Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Keep out of prolonged direct sun and away from water — blot dry if caught in rain and let it air-dry in the shade. Store stuffed with tissue to hold the weave. Small natural marks in the leather are part of the hide, not flaws.
