Shipping Protection

Every Wildfool piece is made to order and travels a long way to reach you. Shipping Protection ($2.50) keeps that journey worry-free — if anything happens to your parcel in transit, we’ll make it right, quickly and without the runaround.

What it covers

  • Lost in transit — tracking stops and your parcel never arrives.
  • Stolen after delivery — marked delivered to your correct address, but taken before you got it.
  • Damaged in transit — arrives crushed, broken, or harmed on the way.
  • Delivered but not received — the carrier says delivered, but it’s nowhere to be found.

How we make it right

We’ll reship your order free of charge. If it’s sold out or no longer available, we’ll issue a full refund instead. Either way, you’re covered — no fuss.

How to file a claim

Email Care@wildfool.life with your order number and a quick note. For damaged items, please add a photo or two so we can sort it fast.

Time limits

  • Lost / not received: within 7 days (domestic) or 20 days (international) of the last tracking update.
  • Damaged: within 30 days of delivery, with photos.
  • Stolen: within 15 days of delivery; a police report may be requested on higher-value orders.
  • Claims filed after these windows can be honored up to 50%.

Not covered

  • A wrong or incomplete address entered at checkout (please double-check it!).
  • Customs delays, duties, or taxes.
  • Change of mind or fit concerns — those fall under our regular Returns policy, not Shipping Protection.

Didn’t add Shipping Protection?

We’ll still do our best to help. But without it, lost or stolen parcels are handled case by case and aren’t guaranteed — once a parcel ships, it’s in the carrier’s hands. Protection is the fastest, surest way to be made whole.
